Gateway Design Build started in April of 1999 with 3 people and in the beginning we did mostly residential framing. It was in the early 2000’s that we started in the residential design/build field for new homes and remodels. We continue to provide the highest quality design/build work for residential clients, but we have expanded to serve commercial and agricultural clients as well.
While we work primarily in the Ohio counties of Ottawa, Sandusky, Erie, Wood, and Lucas, our clients have taken us throughout Ohio and the surrounding states. We are proud of the fact that all of our employee’s are local residents.
